Vedder Price attorneys Michael L. Schein, Shareholder and member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group, and Douglas J. Lipke, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group, were ranked in The Deal’s 2013 Q3 Bankruptcy League Tables. Mr. Schein was once again named as the top attorney, with 42 active cases and average assets of $23 billion, while Mr. Lipke was ranked fifth, with 59 cases and average assets of $13.5 billion. Vedder Price was ranked sixth overall, with 75 active cases and $13.5 billion in average assets.
