Ms. Veith focuses her practice on representing high net worth individuals, business owners and executives with regard to estate planning matters, including the development and implementation of estate plans and estate, gift and income tax planning. She has experience drafting a wide variety of estate planning documents, including highly sophisticated documents such as SLATs, gift trusts, BDOTs, insurance trusts, Delaware trusts, GRATs, QPRTs, Nevada trusts, QDOTs and premarital agreements. Ms. Veith also regularly assists with the formation of charitable organizations, estate and trust administration matters, trust decantings, nonjudicial settlement agreements and the resolution of tax and estate-related disputes.

Ms. Veith received her law degree from the Fordham University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Lafayette College.
