Ms. Levine focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate and governance matters. She assists a wide
range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, across an array of industries.

Ms. Levine received her law degree from Southwestern Law School and her undergraduate degree from Florida State University. While in law school,
Ms. Levine was Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Law Review from 2021 to 2022.
