Sam Megerditchian and Rebecca Rudich to Present at PLI’s “Advanced Patent Prosecution Workshop 2013: Claim Drafting & Amendment Writing”
Samuel H. Megerditchian and Rebecca Goldman Rudich, members of the firm’s Intellectual Property group, will present at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) “Advanced Patent Prosecution Workshop 2013: Claim Drafting & Amendment Writing,” taking place in New York City on July 18–19. Participants of this event will receive hands-on drafting experience under the guidance of experienced patent prosecutors.
Mr. Megerditchian will lead three sessions during the two-day workshop: “Advanced Claim Drafting,” “Advanced Patent Prosecution Issues” and “Advanced Amendment Drafting.” Each of her sessions will focus on chemical/pharmaceutical technology.
Ms. Rudich will be leading four sessions during the two-day workshop: “Advanced Specification Drafting Issues,” “Advanced Claim Drafting,” “Advanced Patent Prosecution Issues” and “Advanced Amendment Drafting.” Her sessions will focus on electromechanical technology.
