Robert Goldstein Strengthens Vedder Price Private Equity Practice in New York
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Robert Goldstein has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Finance & Transactions practice area in the New York office. Mr. Goldstein previously served as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery in New York.
Mr. Goldstein focuses his practice on middle-market private equity transactions, representing private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, divestitures, financing, recapitalizations, distressed investments, sales, leveraged buyout transactions and other exit strategies.
