Reese Griffin is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area.
Mr. Griffin focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, representing clients in all phases of litigation—from pre-suit preparation through final appeal.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Griffin served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Liles C. Burke (and, on an ad hoc basis, for the Honorable C. Lynwood Smith, Jr.) of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. That role afforded him invaluable exposure to federal practice and practical insight into effective advocacy. Following his clerkship, Mr. Griffin spent two years litigating in trial and appellate courts nationwide as an associate at a global law firm.
Mr. Griffin graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he served on the law review and competed in several national moot court competitions. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Reed O’Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Honorable Christine A. Nowak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the Honorable Gordon Goodman of the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas
