Ramy Ibrahim is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the Global Transportation Finance team in the firm's New York office.

Mr. Ibrahim has experience in corporate matters, in particular advising financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and structured finance. He has counseled a multinational bank on compliance with American regulatory matters.

Mr. Ibrahim represented the trustee in the SIPA liquidation of Lehman Brothers Inc., the largest brokerage firm ever to fail, and has drafted motions and briefs in complex multidistrict litigations in state and federal court, international arbitration and felony trials.

Mr. Ibrahim is fluent in Arabic and has translated critical documents in several international matters.
