Mr. Cleveland served as Co-Chair of the Practising Law Institute’s 38th Annual Employment Law Institute in October 2009. He also served as moderator for a panel discussion titled “Litigation Strategy: Plaintiffs’ Counsel, A Moderated Discussion,” and presented “Significant Federal and State Appellate Cases during 2009.”
