Patrick W. Spangler, an Associate in the Chicago office and member of the firm's Employment group, will be presenting on "ERISA Discovery" at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education's Conference on ERISA Claims Litigation. The session will discuss the limits on discovery in ERISA benefit claims litigation, including the relationship between the standard of review and the scope of discovery, among other topics.
