Ms. Wing represents clients in a wide array of complex matters involving intellectual property, construction litigation, unfair competition, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, financial institution litigation, breach of contract and tort litigation.  Ms. Wing practices nationwide in various state and federal courts as well as before arbitration tribunals. 

Ms. Wing is well equipped to handle any dispute that surfaces for her business clients, with particular emphasis on the manufacturing industry.  In this arena, Ms. Wing handles a variety of commercial litigation matters, including enforcing manufacturers’ intellectual property rights, products liability and distributor disputes, and can assist manufacturers with licensing and other contractual needs.  In addition to her general commercial practice, Ms. Wing has developed a special concentration in counseling clients and litigating issues pertaining to trade dress liability.  Ms. Wing has handled numerous cases in this unique niche of intellectual property law, which deals with the overall look and feel of distinctive designs, with great success. 

Ms. Wing also has significant experience in the area of construction law, representing clients in matters involving contract negotiation and drafting, risk management advice, change order management, project delivery coordination and disputes/claims.  Ms. Wing has taught seminars and collaborated with industry publications concerning trends in the construction industry, including integrated and other alternative methods of project delivery as well as developments in the law concerning changes, extras and delay claims. 

Ms. Wing is experienced in handling all phases of litigation, from the temporary restraining order/injunction phase through trial and appeal. She has appeared and argued before the Illinois Appellate Court and the federal Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. She regularly counsels clients on litigation avoidance and the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques, including negotiation, mediation and arbitration. 

In addition, Ms. Wing maintains an active pro bono practice, including accepting appointments from the Criminal Court of Cook County to represent indigent defendants at trial.  Ms. Wing has been repeatedly selected for inclusion as an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine and an Emerging Lawyer, an affiliate of Leading Lawyers.
