Nicole E. Burleson

Nicole E. Burleson is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Litigation group.

Ms. Burleson focuses her practice on representing corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation. She regularly represents clients in commercial disputes involving acquisition agreements, trade secrets, and restrictive covenant agreements, in addition to advising on data privacy and cybersecurity matters. Ms. Burleson also has experience assisting clients in intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Burleson received her law degree from the University of North Carolina and her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. While in law school she was a national finalist in the International Trademark Association’s Moot Court Competition and performed over 100 hours of pro bono work.
