Vedder Price Shareholder Neal I. Korval and associate Mark S. Goldstein, both in the firm's New York office and members of the labor & employment practice group, recently authored an article for The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest association devoted to human resource management. The article, entitled "New York City Human Rights Law Has Changed Disability Law Landscape," discusses several exceedingly unique provisions of the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL) and addresses the ways that companies and human resource professionals can and should modify their approach to dealing with the NYCHRL.
