Mr. Telep has experience representing servicers, operating lessors, finance companies, institutional lenders, private equity firms and other investors in a variety of transaction structures, including sale-leaseback transactions, asset-backed securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, Rule 144A and Regulation S capital markets offerings, including those involving syndicated equity and other structured financings, joint ventures, U.S. and cross-border operating leases and servicing arrangements.

Mr. Telep also has experience representing clients in complex mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, licensing transactions and various transactional matters involving the acquisition, divestiture, leasing, operation and general management of oil and gas interests and assets. He has experience representing oil and gas companies in most phases of the energy and oil and gas industries. Mr. Telep also assists clients in a range of general corporate matters, including entity formation and restructuring, drafting board and shareholder resolutions, annual report filings and drafting various employment-related agreements and documents.
