Mr. Sohail has experience negotiating principal commercial activities, including aircraft purchases and sales, aircraft leasing, beneficial interest and trust transfers, equipment consignment, stock purchases and sales, warrant offerings, and outsourcing.  In addition, he has drafted SEC filings, including prospectus supplements and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 forms, and advised clients on matters relating to data security and privacy under the CCPA, GDPR and PIPEDA.

Mr. Sohail received his law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from York University.

Mr. Sohail is proficient in Hindi and Urdu.
