Ms. Miura’s practice covers all aspects of cross-border acquisition, leasing, financing and asset-backed securitisation of commercial aircraft, aircraft engines and vessels. She regularly advises international lenders, finance companies, owners, lessors and operators within the aviation and maritime industries on legal issues, deal structuring and documentation to achieve each client’s specific transaction goals.

Apart from various types of operating lease, warehouse, portfolio and ECA financings, Ms. Miura has also assisted clients in navigating insolvency and restructuring scenarios.

Prior to specialising in the transportation sector, Ms. Miura gained experience in project and real estate banking and finance. Ms. Miura is proficient in Mandarin and conversational Japanese.
