Michael E. Draz, an Associate in Vedder Price's Global Transportation Finance team, will be presenting as part of the American Bar Association's Commercial Finance: Aircraft Financing Subcommittee at the inaugural ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting taking place September 11–13 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Mr. Draz's presentation during the Aircraft Financing Subcommittee meeting will address recent legal developments affecting aircraft financing. The subcommittee focuses on current legal issues and practices as well as on emerging trends in aircraft financing techniques and structures.
