Ms. Parres concentrates her practice on representing public and private companies, private equity funds and strategic investors in complex financial transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She has experience assisting clients throughout the transaction cycle, including drafting and negotiating merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, partnership agreements and governance documentation.

Additionally, Ms. Parres has counseled clients in connection with cross-border acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Parres received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Marquette University. While in law school, Ms. Parres was a legal intern for The Honorable William H. Pauley III in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
