Mr. Keehn focuses his practice on investment management matters involving private investment funds on behalf of both sponsors and investors across asset classes. He represents investment advisers, both registered and unregistered under the Advisers Act of 1940, in private fund formation projects, reorganizations of fund structures, secondary sales, revenue sharing arrangements with key investors, as well as other marketing, compliance, ongoing management and regulatory issues.

In addition, Mr. Keehn counsels on top-level structuring of investment advisers and general partners, such as governing documents, employment matters, restrictive covenants and incentive arrangements.
