Ms. Ye focuses her practice on representing lenders, borrowers and collateral agents in a variety of finance transactions, including term loans, revolving credit loans, construction loans, asset-based financing, acquisition financing and loan workouts and restructurings.

She advises clients on corporate finance matters, representing institutional investors in connection with domestic and cross-border private placement transactions, including Section 4(a)(2) private placements as well as Rule 144A offerings of debt securities, credit tenant lease financings, project and infrastructure financings and corporate financings.
