Ms. Dearborn has been with Vedder Price since 2006, when she joined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation practice area. As Chief Attorney Professional Development Officer, she oversees a variety of programs pertaining to attorney professional development, including associate performance management, career development, utilization, mentoring, and attorney training. She also provides advice and assistance to the firm’s Diversity and Pro Bono Committees.
