Shareholder and Head of the New York Capital Markets group, Kevin MacLeod, was recently quoted in Airfinance Journal’s article, “Dodd-Frank reform: How will aircraft ABS deals be affected?”
The article discusses the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and specifically the new credit risk retention rules for asset-backed securities (ABS) that will come into effect on December 24.
