Kevin M. Maedomari is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm's Global Transportation Finance team.

Mr. Maedomari represents operating lessors, commercial banks, finance companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds in complex commercial aircraft and high-value equipment transactions, including securitizations, warehouse financings and those involving syndicated equity, joint ventures, cross-border operating and finance leases, portfolio acquisition and disposition transactions and establishment of direct lending platforms. He also advises clients on various day-to-day matters such as corporate structuring, servicing and management agreements, and general corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Maedomari’s past experience includes working for the legal team of an industry-leading digital parking marketplace startup, as well as with various Singaporean governmental agencies involving Asian free-trade agreement tax issues.

Mr. Maedomari received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. While in law school, Mr. Maedomari was Senior Editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. He was also a member of the Veterans Legal Clinic, Entrepreneurship Clinic, the Business Law Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Mr. Maedomari is proficient in Japanese.
