Ms. Lee has represented a diverse range of clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, in complex matters that include shareholder disputes, class actions, and breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claims.  She has managed nearly all aspects of litigation proceedings, from developing litigation strategy, to drafting motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, to propounding and responding to written discovery, to analyzing documentary and testimonial evidence in support of clients’ claims and defenses, to engaging in settlement negotiations, to participating in hearings on the merits.  She has represented manufacturing companies, software companies, commercial landlords, agricultural companies, financial institutions and many more.

Ms. Lee received her law degree from Washington University School of Law, where she was a teaching assistant for legal writing and legal ethics classes.  While in law school, she also served as a full-time extern for a judge currently sitting on the bench in the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, where she further developed legal writing and analytical skills that she has incorporated into all aspects of her practice. Ms. Lee was named a Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation by Super Lawyers in 2024.

Ms. Lee is passionate about the arts and serves as a member of the associate board for Lawyers for the Creative Arts, as well as secretary of the Chicago Sculpture Exhibit.  In her free time, she enjoys painting, playing the piano, and singing in the Chicago Bar Association Chorus.
