Ms. Pilling is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has experience advising and representing clients in a variety of complex commercial matters and representing clients in all stages of the litigation process, including motion practice and discovery.

Ms. Pilling received her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and with a pro bono notation. She received her undergraduate degree in English from The University of Iowa, where she graduated with University Honors. While in law school, Ms. Pilling worked in the Family Advocacy Clinic on pro bono cases involving the abuse and neglect of children. She was a member of the University of Illinois Law Review, where she served as a Notes Editor, and she also represented the University of Illinois in the ABA Client Counseling Competition.
