Kathryn Rosenbaum is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment group in the Chicago office.

Ms. Rosenbaum advises and represents management in labor and employment litigation-related matters. She defends employers in state and federal court, before administrative agencies and during grievance and arbitration proceedings.

Ms. Rosenbaum counsels clients on human resources and employment issues such as anti-discrimination laws and compliance, employee discipline and discharge, ADA compliance, FMLA and leaves of absence, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, FLSA and state wage laws, and reductions in force. She assists employers in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Ms. Rosenbaum conducts internal investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination. She also has labor relations experience, representing management during collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration proceedings.

Ms. Rosenbaum graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, Ms. Rosenbaum served as Managing Senior Editor for the Notre Dame Law Review. She received the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Employment Law.
