Kate L. Jungers is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Litigation group.

Ms. Jungers focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, media defense, class action defense, securities litigation and government investigations. Her experience includes advising and representing clients through all phases of litigation, including preparing and successfully arguing dispositive motions before state and federal courts, deposing and presenting witnesses for discovery depositions and managing all aspects of the discovery process.

Ms. Jungers received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During law school, she served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and represented Loyola University Chicago at the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. She is currently a coach of the Willem C. Vis Moot Court team at Strathmore University Law School in Nairobi, Kenya.
