Ms. Chilvers concentrates her practice in transportation finance, with a special focus on aviation and rail finance. She regularly advises commercial and investment banks, operating lessors, finance companies, funds and other aircraft investors on a wide range of cross-border and domestic aircraft and rail finance transactions, including revolving credit warehouse financings, mortgage financings, securitizations, EETCs and other structured debt financings, aviation-related M&A transactions and joint ventures, export credit agency-supported financing transactions, capital markets offerings and numerous other aviation and rail-related acquisition, sale and leasing transactions. Ms. Chilvers also advises clients on general corporate law matters. From 2020 and 2022, she was recognized as an Aviation Rising Star by Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Expert Guides.  In 2021 and 2022, Ms. Chilvers was recognized by The Legal 500 USA as a Rising Star in the Transport: Aviation & Air Travel Finance category. In 2023, Legal 500 USA recognized her as a Next Generation Partner in the Transport: Aviation & Air Travel Finance category.
