This seminar, which will be available via webcast for those not in attendance, is targeted to Senior Officers of investment companies and investment advisers.
The seminar will cover topics such as the SEC’s changing landscape, data analytics and the national examination program, cybersecurity, private fund issues and investment company hot topics. Mr. Zubairi will lead a breakout session focused on recent decisions that may impact investment companies and investment advisers.
