Junaid A. Zubairi to Speak at PLI’s Internal Investigations 2022
Junaid A. Zubairi, Chair of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense group, will be a featured speaker at PLI’s Internal Investigations 2022 Conference, offered both in-person and virtually this year, on Wednesday, October 12.
Mr. Zubairi, a former senior attorney with the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, will speak on the “Concluding the Internal Investigation” panel. Based on his extensive experience as a prosecutor and in private practice, he will address topics including how to reach findings, memorializing conclusions, selecting corrective actions/appropriate remediation and more.
