Juan A. Cruz joined Vedder Price in 2016 and is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, serving as strategic business advisor to the firm and managing the firm’s finances.  He has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal industry focusing on strategic growth, pricing structures, process improvements, key reporting and analyses, operational accounting and finance management.  Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Cruz was the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at an Am Law 100 law firm where he advised on strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, driving key reporting and analysis through business intelligence, managing budgets and treasury management.

Outside of the office, Mr. Cruz enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and playing golf.
