Mr. Elliott focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, concentrating in the health care, pharmaceutical, life sciences, banking, finance, insurance, and technology sectors. He has significant experience representing corporate and individual clients in all aspects of litigation and arbitration, as well as government and internal investigations.

Mr. Elliott has represented insurance companies, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, high-technology companies, and private equity firms, among other entities. He maintains a robust practice assisting clients with matters involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback statute, qui tam litigation and related investigations. 

Mr. Elliott earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a B.A. with distinction in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also studied abroad at L’Université Paris-Sorbonne IV in Paris, France.
