Joe will serve in this position together with Cathy Gonzales O’Kelly and Bruce Rosenblum. The change positions the group for continued growth, providing exceptional service and thought leadership to a growing list of clients across the United States and beyond.

Joe focuses his practice on legal and compliance matters for investment advisers, exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, closed-end funds and unregistered vehicles, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate and other investment entities. Joe frequently counsels clients on fund formation and structuring matters for funds organized both in the United States and abroad. He also counsels clients on issues relating to commodity trading advisers and commodity pool operators. He also leads a team of lawyers focused on the acquisition and sale of investment advisers in both the wealth management and institutional asset management sectors.
Vedder Price’s ISG has extensive experience in matters related to the design, organization and distribution of investment products throughout the world. ISG also assists with investment company and investment adviser securities regulation and compliance matters, derivatives and financial product matters, and ERISA and tax matters.
