Mr. Mansker focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, coordinating between buyer and seller teams. He has experience reviewing and providing feedback to clients on purchase agreements, transition services agreements, credit agreements, and vendor, service, licensing and IT agreements.

Prior to law school, Mr. Mansker was a Platoon Sergeant for the United States Army where he served four combat tours of duty. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, and he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. While in law school he interned at the United States Attorney’s Office and the Department of Justice.

Mr. Mansker has intermediate proficiency in Russian.
