John Eickemeyer, Steven Berger and Junaid Zubairi to Present at 2015 ALI CLE Accountants' Liability Program
Vedder Price Shareholders John H. Eickemeyer, Steven R. Berger and Junaid A. Zubairi will participate in an upcoming ALI CLE program, "Accountants' Liability 2015: Confronting Enforcement and Litigation Risks," being held October 1-2, 2015, in Washington, DC.
Mr. Eickemeyer is once again serving as a Planning Chair of this year's conference. In addition, he will participate in the session titled "Litigating an Accountants’ Liability Case: Hear from Plaintiff and Defense Counsel" on the Defense Panel and will speak on "Parallel Proceedings in Accounting Litigation: Defending on Many Fronts."
Mr. Berger's session, "Emerging Ethical Issues," will focus on social media ethical issues faced by accountants and attorneys. Mr. Zubairi's session titled "SEC’s Use of Administrative Law Judges: Both Sides of the Issue," will explore the SEC’s increased use of the administrative law forum.
