Vedder Thinking | Events John Cleary and Charles Nerko to Present at Cyber Law Symposium

Vedder Price attorneys John C. Cleary and Charles J. Nerko, both members of the firm's Litigation practice area, will lead presentations at St. John's University School of Law’s Cyber Law Symposium on February 27-28.
Mr. Cleary's session, "Cyber Law—Insurance," will provide attendees with an overview of cyber insurance issues and wordings, and will also provide guidance from relevant case studies in this evolving area of the law.
Mr. Nerko's presentation, "Attorney-Directed Data Incident Response," will provide guidance for responding to data incidents, including strategies to protect the confidentiality of a data incident investigation and related communications under the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine.
The Cyber Law Symposium is a two-day seminar that is a part of the Law School's 2016 Spring CLE Weekend that provides 16 credits of continuing legal education both for newly admitted and veteran attorneys.
