John Bradley to Serve on Maritime Panel at Construction SuperConference 2015
John E. Bradley, a Shareholder in Vedder Price's New York office and a member of the firm's Global Transportation team, will serve on a maritime panel at the 2015 Construction SuperConference on December 7–9 in San Diego, California. The two-day event is designed to inform mid- to senior-level professionals who work within the legal and commercial construction markets about the current challenging issues and new insights affecting today’s construction industry.
Mr. Bradley's session, "Offshore Wind Farms – Convergence of Maritime/Admiralty Law and Construction Law," will focus on maritime basics and key cases, and explore the unique issues of offshore wind farms. Mr. Bradley will present on the unique U.S. maritime cabotage requirements for vessels and vessel owners in connection with the construction, servicing and decommissioning of offshore wind farms
