John E. Bradley and Francis X. Nolan III to Participate in Capital Link’s New York Maritime Forum
Vedder Price Shareholders and Global Transportation team members John E. Bradley and Francis X. Nolan III will serve as moderator and panelist, respectively, for Capital Link’s New York Maritime Forum on September 13. The daylong program focuses on the trends and developments in the various sectors of the global shipping industry (dry bulk, crude and product tankers, LNG, LPG, containers, container leasing) and areas related to shipping such as bank finance, capital raising and private equity.
Mr. Bradley will moderate the session, “Investments in Container Leasing: Lemons & Lemonade in a Challenging Market,” in which panelists will discuss the current issues and trends affecting the container leasing industry.
Mr. Nolan will serve on the "Maritime & Admiralty Law Panel," and discuss the relationships between private entities that operate vessels on the oceans.
