Ms. Patrick focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, federal grand jury matters, internal investigations and regulatory proceedings. Her experience includes researching and writing memoranda on various legal issues, including civil procedure in multiple jurisdictions, corporate law, civil fraud, drafting motions and discovery.  She is skilled at drafting investigative work plans and assisting in the preparation of comprehensive final reports. Ms. Patrick also has experience conducting sanctions due diligence and drafting memoranda regarding U.S., EU, and UK sanctions programs.

Ms. Patrick received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law and her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin with high honors.
