Jeremy I. Senderowicz, a Shareholder in the Investment Services Group of the firm, will be a presenter for the Practising Law Institute FinTech 2022 program on December 2, 2022, in New York. He will participate on the panel entitled “Investment Fund FinTech Developments,” during which he and his co-panelists will discuss, among other things, recent SEC guidance on registered investment companies investing in the Bitcoin futures market, and open issues related to digital asset investments by funds.
