Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Landers’ practice focused on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, issuer-side venture capital, outside general counsel services, and entity planning and formation. 

In 2021, the Illinois Senate appointed Mr. Landers to the Uniform Law Commission, a  national research and advocacy organization dedicated to researching, drafting and promoting uniform state laws for the creation and betterment of consistent state statutory regimes.

Mr. Landers earned his law degree from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College. While in law school, he was the Executive Notes Editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review, and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Contracts and International Business Transactions.
