Mr. DuVall has extensive experience in corporate M&A matters, having represented numerous financial institutions, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, agent banks, borrowers and other institutional investors. Transactions he has worked on have involved senior and subordinated debt, asset-based lending, equipment and project financings, secured and unsecured lending, structured financings, health care financings and other forms of debt and equity financing.

Mr. DuVall received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Baylor University.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. DuVall was a Partner at a full-service global law firm for over 15 years before joining two prominent firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
