Mr. Kim focuses his practice on private equity and mergers and acquisitions for a variety of different companies in the public and private sectors.

He also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters, including reorganizations, strategic investments, market expansions and other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Kim gained valuable experience at a Chicago AM Law 100 firm, a private equity firm and a family office. Prior to attending law school and business school, he served as a management consultant at Accenture.
