Mr. English focuses his practice on advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on various finance transactions, including acquisition financings, unitranche debt, and mezzanine and subordinated debt.

Mr. English received his law degree from The University of Iowa College of Law with high distinction, Order of the Coif, and his undergraduate degree from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. While in law school, Mr. English was the Articles Editor of the Journal of Corporation Law.
