Mr. Machkovech advises asset managers, investment advisers, and financial institutions on regulatory, governance, and transactional matters related to investment funds and advisory services. He previously gained experience through the firm’s summer associate program where he worked closely with senior attorneys to support clients in navigating the evolving legal landscape of fund formation, compliance, and operations. 

While in law school, Mr. Machkovech served as an editor for the Minnesota Law Review and participated in the Business Law Clinic where he advised entrepreneurs and small businesses on entity formation, contract drafting and governance matters.
