Harrison Thorne has joined the firm as an Associate in the San Francisco office and is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment group.
Mr. Thorne represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal court. He has defended employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and ADA violations. He has successfully resolved cases at the pleadings stage on summary judgment and defended against PAGA and complex class action claims.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Thorne served as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 200 firm. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, and as Judicial Extern to Hon. Ross Klein and Hon. Michael Vicencia of the Los Angeles Superior Court and Hon. Ernest Robles of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
