Global Transportation Finance Team Recognized for Three Deals at Global Transport Finance 2016 Awards in London
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that the firm advised clients on three transportation finance transactions that were recognized at the Global Transport Finance (GTF) 2016 Awards, held in London on 23 January. The GTF Awards are presented for the best deals in the aviation, airports, shipping, rail, road and legal transport finance markets each year.
The Vedder Price Global Transportation Finance team advised on the following transactions:
- “Aircraft Finance ABS Deal of the Year – North America” which was awarded to the Merlin Aviation Holdings Asset Backed Securitization, Series 2016-1
- “Aviation ABS Deal of the Year – EMEA” which was awarded to the Doric / Floreat A330 Portfolio Financing
- “Rail Capital Markets Deal of the Year – Americas” which was awarded to the NP SPE II Asset Backed Securitization, Series 2016-1.
