Edward K. Gross, a shareholder in Vedder Price's Washington, DC office and member of the firm's Global Transportation Finance team, will participate in the upcoming Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) web seminar titled "Non-Citizen Trust Update: Now That the Dust Has Settled."

Seminar participants will discuss the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) recent review and update of policies regarding aircraft ownership and the requirements for owners of aircraft. These updates have a significant impact on aircraft lessors regarding both regulatory requirements and liability issues. They will provide an update on the FAA’s policy clarification on non-citizen trusts released in the summer, potential new requirements for non-operator trustors and possible liability issues facing the industry in light of the policy changes.
