Mr. Ge’s practice covers a range of business and corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and securities law compliance. He also has experience in property acquisitions, office leasing and joint ventures.

While attending law school, Mr. Ge was the recipient of the Clive Schmitthoff Memorial Scholarship. He is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
