Ms. Demos focuses her practice on transactions involving commercial and business aircraft, aviation regulatory compliance, asset securitizations and general equipment finance. She counsels clients from the aviation, maritime and rail industries, as well as lessees and operating lessors, borrowers and commercial lenders, private and public companies, finance companies, private equity firms, manufacturers, underwriters and governmental agencies engaged in financing transactions utilizing transportation assets.

While attending law school, Ms. Demos was President of the Sports Law Society, Vice President of Law Students for Reproductive Justice and a member of Street Law.
