Frank Nolan Contributes Chapter on the Marshall Islands to Getting the Deal Through–Ship Finance 2014
Frank Nolan, Vedder Price Shareholder and member of the Global Transportation Finance team, recently contributed to the first edition of Getting the Deal Through–Ship Finance 2014, a new volume in their series of annual reports that provide international analysis in key areas of law and policy. Mr. Nolan wrote the chapter on maritime law in the Marshall Islands. Mr. Nolan was principal draftsman of the Marshall Island law on the treatment of financing charters on preferred mortgage, enacted into law in March 2013.
